A restaurant in is all in news for hiring 27 differently abled staff.
All the staff of the restaurant are dumb and duff.
Yes, they all communicate in sign language.
And you won't believe the owner only hires the disabled.
Recently in an interview the restaurant owner said that "they are the real talented people to do this job with more disciplined manner".
They asks all their customers to use sign languages.
The restaurant is named as Mirchi & Mime and has staff members who are hearing & vocally impaired. All of them use sign language to communicate with the staff. While guests are encouraged to use hand gestures written on the menu.
