How to stay cool and healthy in this hot summer..

Follow these ten easy and beneficial steps to stay healthy and cool this summer.

1. Wear cotton clothes, avoid satin,silk and polyester.



2.Drink more water.

3.Use Umbrella while in sun.

4.Drink natural fruit or vegetable juices.

5.Wash your face hand and legs very often.

6.Use slippers/Flipflops more than shoes/sandals whenever possible.

7.Avoid cold drinks/soft drinks from markets.

8.Try to have or make some candy at home to enjoy.

8.Take bath everyday, if possible twice a day.
9. Don't wear cloths repeatedly.Change clothes daily.

10. Avoid junk food.
